Looking back on my college baseball career I noticed something devastating. Players on our team did not get better.  Stars in high school became average college players. Elite players became good college players. Many of us got worse.  Exposed. Declined. Lost interest in the game we loved so very much. There were exceptions of course, but overall, we never reached the ceiling we so desperately reached for.This begs a one-word question:  WHY?Luckily, there is a one-word answer: COACHING. A skilled coach not only makes a difference, he or she makes a difference in ways we never thought possible. An outstanding coach is a gift.  He or she sees a version of us that no one else sees. My baseball team did not have that.But....

There are plenty of transformational coaches out there.  Allow me to introduce you to one (and I hope two).
